A bi-objective approach based on fuzzy logic for multi-period technician routing and scheduling problems

چکیده

This paper deals with a multi-period technician routing and scheduling problem. The problem carries out the tasks at various locations by being divided into teams considering differently skilled technicians. provides bi-objective mixed integer programming method to model since goals of performed are optimize travel cost while simultaneously minimizing overtime waiting time. introduces fuzzy logic approach solving offering single Pareto solution satisfy both objectives, rather than providing efficient solutions as in case classical multi-objective models. Finally, presents computational experiments analyses evaluate efficiency suggested mathematical formulation approach. results demonstrate that accomplishes an acceptable satisfaction level.
